-          Promote Child and Youth policies in the applicant countries.
-          Promote the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child
-          Organization of Child in the City Conferences;
            (Bruges 2002, London 2004, Stuttgart 2006, Rotterdam 2008 and Florence 2010)
